Smith & Wesson Model 1500 7mm Rem Mag

This is a Smith and Wesson Model 1500, made by Howa. It is a 7mm Rem Magnum and includes a 3-9 scope.
I have owned this for 20+ years and has very little (if any) use as I acquired it to use hunting but did not. It has had 10 to 20 rounds maximum through it and is in like brand new condition. I no longer have the box.
