Marlin 795 semi-auto .22lr with vortex scope

For sale is a Marlin 795 semi auto rifle in .22lr, a 10-round magazine, and a vortex 3-9x40 scope. It shoots well and doesn't have any mechanical issues. The only cosmetic issue is a small slight discolorations in the bluing on the barrel. Selling local cash only, asking $280 OBO
