Excellent, Early Type 99 - Matching Numbers and Untouched Mum

A very nice type 99 with an untouched mum and matching serial numbers - except for the dust cover, which is typical.

This one has all the early war features: monopod, dust cover, anti-aircraft sights, chromed bore, and chromed bolt face...

It's in excellent condition but bears a few marks in the stock that you would expect from an old battle rifle. The bore is very good with strong, shiny rifling.

This a a very nice piece of WW2 history and a likely battlefield pickup as it retains the imperial emblem and is not import-marked.
