Here at STiGLiTZ Firearms no stone is left unturned, every detail is looked at! From an extremely thorough investigation of every action, no matter the manufacturer, inside and out. Ensuring no burrs, smooth and consistent surfaces for optimal firing pin fall allowing for consistent primer ignition of EVERY shot. This helps eliminate random ‘flyers’ downrange. All mating surfaces and threads are looked over for any defects. Lug contact is measured and trued for optimal precision and buttery smooth bolt operation. Action and bottom metal are stress-free epoxy bedded in the stock for superb mating surfaces, square fit and exceptional finish. The stock is blended at the tang removing unsightly extra material for a seamless transition from action to stock.
Every barrel is bore scoped and hand picked before chambering and threading, only the best, most flawless barrels are used. Every chamber and muzzle is perfectly square with no measurable ‘run-out’ readings on indicators for optimal downrange precision.
Finally every rifle is test-fired to ensure excellent performance before our customers pick up or take delivery of the final product.
